Welcome to My Website where I can help you find your dream condo or home on the ocean, river or main land. My name is Mitch Mann.  My parents were in real estate since I was born.  My father Ron drove from MN to FL in 1978 and drove the west coast, then the east coast. He came back to MN and said he had found Paradise on Hutchinson Island. My mother, Donna (CONDO QUEEN) and father, my brother Sean and my sister Kim moved to Hutchinson Island in 1979.  It was the first time I saw the Atlantic Ocean. I was in heaven!

I learned surfing and did a lot of swimming. I don't surf anymore because I took up golf and let me tell you there are so many great golf courses on the island. Over 26 golf courses, over 60 fine restaurants, 70 banks, 30 grocery stores, 3 hospitals, 8 libraries, over  30 schools, about 30 taverns, an airport, 18 marinas, 15 miles of beach all within a 15 mile radius! By the way, the ocean here stays about 72.5 degrees all year ‘round. I still love it here!  I'm happily married to my stunning wife Alyson who is a  school teacher of more than 10 years with Bridges Montessori and a lovely daughter Erin. I started in real estate January 26th 2005. I didn't think at first real estate was for me but after my first closing, I knew it was for me, because I like to make people happy... and in this business everyone is happy. If they aren't they haven't met me.
